Fall Program

Stroller & Strength

$58 - 4 weeks

Join us for a 45-minute Stroller Fit class, designed for parents looking to get active with their little ones! This invigorating workout combines cardio and strength exercises while incorporating your stroller for added resistance. Enjoy a fun, supportive environment as you engage in exercises that improve your fitness and bond with your child. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling energized and empowered. Bring your stroller and a water bottle, and let’s get moving!

Mindful Movement

$54 - 8 weeks / $27.50 - 4 weeks

Mindful Movement is a low impact, 30 minute class with an emphasis on mental health.  This workout will definitely get your blood flowing, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and in a great mood! We incorporate 6 brain activation strategies, proven to boost mental health.
Other than a mat, no equipment is required.

Tone & Strengthen

$98 - 8 weeks / $50 - 4 weeks

Tone & Strengthen is a full body, low impact 45 minute workout, guaranteed to make you sweat and make you feel energized and upbeat. Only a mat is required.

Quick & Sweaty

$54 - 8 weeks / $27.50 - 4 weeks

Quick & Sweaty is a 20 minute, fast pace, workout held twice a week at 6am. The best part is that it's over before your body even know what's happening!

Strength Training Circuit

$98 - 8 weeks / $50 - 4 weeks

Circuit Saturday is a 60 minute HIIT style class, where participants move through different exercises every 45 seconds, with rest periods after completion of the circut. The rounds continue until the 60 minutes is up. All equipment is provided.

5 Class Pass
